Voice-activated thermal imaging technology.
First, the RealWear FLIR Thermal Camera provides users of the RealWear Navigator 500 with access to real-time thermal imaging. Thermal imaging is voice-activated, leaving frontline workers with both hands free. By giving frontline workers thermal imaging, they can detect problems that previously could not be seen with the naked eye, so they can be spotted before they become a problem.
Robust design
In addition, the RealWear FLIR Thermal Camera is built to the same specifications as the RealWear Navigator 500. The thermal camera module has an IP66 rating, meaning it can withstand intense dust and water contact.
Flexible camera modes
The RealWear FLIR Thermal Camera module offers 5 camera modes when connected to the Navigator 500. The first mode is the standard camera mode of the standard Navigator 500 model. The second mode is a thermal imaging mode, where the infrared camera on the module is activated and used instead of the standard camera. The third and fourth modes are a blend mode where the standard camera and the infrared camera are superimposed in a low blend mode or high blend mode, depending on the importance of the thermal patterns to your situation. The final mode is MSX mode, a patented method from FLIR Teledyne. This adds details of visible light to the thermal image. With all these different modes, the module can handle different use cases and can be uniquely customized.
Compatible with FLIR Thermal Studio
Finally, the RealWear FLIR Thermal Camera Module is compatible with the FLIR Thermal Studio Suite. The subscription software helps users manage their thermal images and videos. It offers advanced processing features such as Professional Inspection Reports that allow over 100 images to be used in customizable templates, overlays & formulas. Streamlining thermal analysis with advanced tools allows you to capture, process, analyze and edit your images and videos.
